1. Who we are
Wallery is a wallpaper app for iPhone. In this policy, “Wallery”, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean the Wallery service. For privacy questions or requests, contact us at [email protected].
2. Information we collect
Wallery does not require an account. Depending on how you use the app, we may process:
- A pseudonymous, app-generated device identifier, used to recognize your installation, maintain credits, record downloads and favorites, and protect the service from abuse.
- App activity, such as wallpaper views, favorites, downloads, and rewarded-ad eligibility.
- Purchase and subscription identifiers, product information, and subscription status so Apple purchases can be verified and your credits or subscription benefits can be applied.
- Your email address and the details you provide if you submit a wallpaper or copyright report.
- Technical information that may be included in normal requests to our hosting and content-delivery providers, such as timestamps and network information.
3. How we use information
We use this information to provide wallpapers, manage credits and subscriptions, save favorites, deliver and measure advertising, process reports, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain the service, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Advertising and tracking choices
Wallery may show ads through Google Mobile Ads. iOS may ask for permission before allowing tracking for advertising. You can allow or deny that request, and you can change the choice later in iPhone Settings. Subscribers do not see Wallery ads. For more information about Google’s practices, see Google’s Privacy Policy.
5. Photos
Wallery requests photo-library permission only to save a wallpaper to your Photos library when you choose to download it. We do not upload, scan, or otherwise collect the photos in your library.
6. Sharing and service providers
We share information only as needed to operate Wallery: with hosting, database, image-storage, and advertising providers that help us run the service; with Apple to validate App Store transactions; and when required by law or necessary to protect the service, our users, or others. These providers may process information in countries other than yours.
7. Retention and deletion
We retain service records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the app, honor purchases, resolve reports, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of information associated with your device identifier or a support/report request by emailing us. We may need enough information to verify and locate the request, and some records may be retained where legally required or needed to prevent fraud.
8. Your choices and rights
You can use the app without creating an account, manage photo and advertising permissions in iOS Settings, and contact us to ask about, access, correct, or delete information we hold about you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights. We will respond to requests as required by applicable law.
9. Children
Wallery is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app or our data practices change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of Wallery after an update means the updated policy applies to your use of the service.
